Every session starts with a structured warm-up and clear rules. We use 3-minute rounds with 1-minute rest, control over power, and we pair partners by size and experience. A coach is always on the floor monitoring, and anyone can call a stop at any time, no questions asked.

Many women+ fighters don't get enough sparring reps in mixed-gym environments — partner availability, intensity matching, and comfort levels can all be barriers. A women+ only space removes those barriers and lets everyone train hard with partners who match their experience.

Take the round off — no pressure to push through anything. You can also tap your partner mid-round and step out anytime. We have a first-aid kit on site, and anything beyond that we'll call for proper medical help immediately.
